Only spent one evening, but the room was clean The staff was very courteous was in a great location for where I needed to be and the price was fantastic. Will definitely go back.
My fiance and I stay here in August of 2020.. it was a very cute and charming fishing town. With wonderful fresh little lakes all around the motel (short driving distance I'd say less than 10 minutes) the motel room was clean and charming. The room size was quite large. We couldn't have been happier with our stay
The owners are awesome, very accommodating. The rooms are very clean. Great people. Great little town. Fantastic restaurant 50 steps away. Would recommend to everyone. It's the only place to stay while you're in Port Loring.

I came up to DJ a wedding and found this gem. Great customer service, no fluff just quick, courteous service. Rooms had a rustic, northern cabin vibe with internet and satellite TV; very cool. Room was clean, beds were super cozy and my room had A/C and a stove/kitchenette. The hotel was only 24 minutes from the lake I performed at so the location was ideal. I will for sure come back here when in the area or passing through. Thank you for the hospitality Northland Motel.
Functional and clean, if in need of refresh decor wise. Beds were good and firm. Sheets were clean and crisp. Alexis was super nice to deal with. The neighboring rooster however likes to get up WAY to early! Keep your back window closed
Impeccably clean, nicely maintained, simple units at a good price. Great location for sledding, trails are right there, two restaurants nearby. Excellent service. What more do you need.
Stayed at the Northland this past weekend for two nights. New comfortable beds!! Very clean rooms. We stayed in room # 5 - full size stove, fridge, microwave, kitchen table & chairs, flat screen TV, dishes etc. Towels very white, thick & fluffy. Friendly staff. I highly recommend the Northland in Port Loring. Staff very friendly and efficient.
